ABOUT KIARA GROUP

KIARA GROUP has been formed with an aim to develop on-time, value-for-money quality homes at prime locations.

The founder, Mr Lalit Menghnani, IRSE (retd) started KIARA GROUP in 2016 but brings in a wealth of construction experience. A Civil Engineer by qualification and a man passionate about integrative planning and design, he is actively involved in the microscopic details of projects. It is his passion for always thinking about the next great thing and how he can deliver it. He has been working in this field for more than 40 years, and has completed iconic projects across India such as Jaipur Metro phase 1, Delhi Metro phase 1,Konkan Railway & doubling in Indian Railways.

With his vast experience and understanding, he has been developing residential projects in the last 10 years and has sold more than 450 flats across 4 successful projects. Our USP has been meticulously planned units where every inch of the space is well utilized with zero wastage, process driven quality control & construction management automatically ensure timely delivery of aesthetically pleasing & absolutely functional dream home which will last beyond one's lifetime.
